1. Order Information
- Please ensure all information provided is accurate, including your delivery address and order details. CartSlash is not responsible for errors or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
2. Payment and Pricing
- Final Prices: All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Payment First: Orders require payment before fulfillment. If we begin your order before payment is received, failure to pay immediately will result in the cancellation of your order.
- No Chargebacks: If you file for a refund or dispute a payment, you will be permanently banned from our services, and any active orders will be cancelled.
3. Responsibility and Errors
- Our Errors: If a mistake is made by our team, we will take responsibility and provide appropriate compensation or a refund.
- Food Store Errors: We are not responsible for any mistakes, delays, or issues caused by the food store itself (such as preparation errors, missing items, or quality issues).
- Third-Party Safety: We are only responsible for transactions made directly with authorized owners or administrators. We are not liable for any scams or issues caused by other members of the server. Please verify you are speaking with official staff before sending payment.
4. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to stop serving any customer who violates these rules or behaves in a way that disrupts our business.
